6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
6.1 Pricing Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT and any applicable government fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Installation Services
7.1 Site Readiness The client is responsible for ensuring safe, timely access to the installation site and for providing accurate information regarding site conditions, dimensions, and structural load capacity.
7.2 Delays We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, site access restrictions, permit delays, or force majeure events.
7.3 Inspection and Acceptance Upon completion of installation, the client should inspect the work and notify us promptly of any concerns. Continued use of the installed system constitutes acceptance of the work performed.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Limited Warranty Racking systems are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as specified separately for each product line at the time of order. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
8.2 Site Content Disclaimer The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general informational purposes. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information is fully current or accurate at all times.
